We Heart Chillippines!

This is the name of the Student Leadership hosted event from January 25 - February 16 that involves all Highroad families!
We are bringing in gently used clothing (adult and child, any season) for the Salvation Army Chilliwack Thrift Store, and basic school supplies for the Philippines that will go with the HRA Spring Break missions trip: pencils, sharpeners, erasers, pens, and notebooks.
Every year, the Salvation Army gives out over $85,000 in goods to needy families in our community.
There will be bins set up in the school foyer to indicate where clothes go and where school supplies go.
All items should be placed in these bins.
Let's see how many times we can fill up the bins to bless our community and to bless the Philippines!

Monday Morning Meet & Greet

On Monday mornings from 9-10am we invite specific groups of parents and grandparents to come and have a cup of coffee and a visit with Principal Dave Shinness.  This is a casual time, with questions and comments back and forth relating to your family’s experience at Highroad.  It’s also a chance to connect with the families of your child’s classmates.  We understand that not every parent is available to come, but all are welcome.

Look HERE for your child’s grade to find out which date you are invited to attend.
